Weekly Menus

Tuesday:
Breakfast:  smoothie
Dinner:  Mahagony chicken, green beans, rice

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Dinner:  Hamsteak, Brussel sprouts (steamed then flash fried), mashed potato, salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Eggs and toast                 
Dinner:  spaghetti and garlic bread

Friday:
Breakfast:  Breakfast sandwiches
Dinner:  Dinner out (graduation party)

Saturday:  
Breakfast:  smoothie
Dinner at friend’s house

Lunches are either leftovers from dinner or a sandwich and I always add fruit.
